A night after his 23 point 24 rebound game, Kevin Love struggled from the field shooting just 3-for-12 in the loss. Love finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds leading the Wolves who had five players in double figures.
The Wolves, who have struggled with opposing guards watched Chris Paul drop 23 points and dish 11 assists for the Clippers.
Leading by one heading into the fourth quarter, the Wolves were outscored 25-18 in the final frame and were held to 21 percent shooting from the floor finishing 5-for-23 led by Alexey Shved with eight points in the quarter.
The team played without forward Andrei Kirilenko who missed the game due to back spasms.
